Escrow officer Bob Elliot did not return calls during escrow. When went in for closing, his file was disorganized and had multiple mistakes, which we were assured would be corrected. After a couple weeks, I still had not received the final closing documents, warranty deed, or title policy. I called Tasha and was told they would be mailed after about 30 days. I waited till after the 30 days and was told Docs would be mailed and emailed, neither of which happened. It’s been 8 weeks now. I went into office and Tasha printed the warranty deed and title policy. The recording and title policy had mistakes in the vesting. She said she would fix and notify me, but I’ve lost confidence. Called Corporate office to try to get this straightened out, waiting to hear back. Worst title experience I’ve ever had. Updated 10/10 It’s been almost 3 months now, and I still do not have the corrected deed or title policy. Kim in the SLC office has been helpful in following up, but St George office continues to be absolutely terrible, I would never trust them with such an important role in buying property.

Was not impressed. Kiley was kind and efficient, everything closed as planned, but told me I would be receiving a check for a certain amount, when I picked it up, it was substantially less than stated in the paperwork. I have tried contacting her 3 times so she could explain what happened and she won’t even respond. I know it is the correct number because it is on her business card and my husband had to text her about something for closing. Will never use Vanguard title again. Very unprofessional.
