In a time in which it is increasingly difficult to find a good bookstore - much less a small, locally-owned one - stumbling upon Brick & Mortar Books was a much needed breath of fresh air. The selection is small but hearty, as in you'll find a plethora of local authors in the mix here. The store itself was prestine clean and the staff was pleasant, saying hello but leaving me alone to browse uninterrupted.nnThere are chairs to sit and read that would normally be open if we were not in the middle of a pandemic, but the atmosphere of this store is just something to behold regardless of the current state of the world. If you are a fan of the small, local bookstore that seem to be going more and more extinct as the days go by, be sure to stop here when you can!
Great experience, sanitizer provided at the entrance. The owner and employee were delightfully engaging but also professional and let us browse uninterrupted. Found a book I didn't know I wanted, they had a great range of diverse authors on display and highlighted which was so great to see.
This is really cool bookstore they have a lot of local arts and other small things you can buy besides books. Everybody in there seems to be pretty happy.
Really like coming here, my son loves this store, he doesn't like waiting for he's books from Amazon. So he likes to come get them directly, and see if there's anything new or different he may like to read
