We called Keys Claims last October (after Irma) because our insurance company was performing inadequately. We were told that we would pay them 10 percent of anything the insurance would pay us (above what the insurance company was already going to give us.nWe were a little nervous about doing this but we felt that we had nothing to lose. After all, we would be happy to pay 10 percent of anything else the insurance company would give us... it didn’t sound like they were very interested in making us whole.nTim, from Keys Claim, told us that we would need to be patient, and we have been. It’s still not over, but we have already received monies from the insurance company and we are nearly whole again. We still have claims out and Keys Claims have been a God send. Keys Claims Consultants is a great help when it comes to assisting in insurance claims. I was told that they were very busy (understandable considering all of the damage Irma caused).

NOT a good 1st impression. Was referred to Keyes, told they were the BEST around. I simply asked IF the fees were 10% as they were during Wilma. Amy couldn't answer this question which was fine so I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to. She said if someone doesn't cb in 2 days to call her back. I mentioned I really needed some answers today was she sure there was no one for me to talk to. She said everyone was handling active claims and with the amount of calls they were rcv they set up a system so they were outside the office and if I didn't hear from anyone to cb. I said It was important for me to get answers today, I would need to call someone else if she had no one for me to speak to. Her response was to hang up the phone on me !! I guess that was my answer...
