Kim, Joann, and the Fuse team again were OUTSTANDING! We had an issue with our dishwasher and reached out to the team who quickly scheduled a diagnostic test, followed up with a replacement part and all good as new! Fuse has us as loyal customers and we will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Kim at FUSE Specialty Appliances. I had a decent amount of specific requests and high maintenance customer asks. Kim handled them all with aplomb and efficiency. She always emailed back within a few hours or first thing the next day and she was pleasant to talk to on the phone. I'm an out of towner so I can't speak to the showroom but if all the employees are even half as capable and helpful as Kim, FUSE is the place you want to shop for your high end appliances in Florida.

From our first time at Fuse Appliance and meeting with Jon, we had nothing but a very positive experience. After making the decision to purchase, the arrival of the stove came much quicker than we anticipated. The delivery men were prompt, professional and made sure to not enter our home with out masks, which we definitely appreciated. The stove was installed quickly and any questions we had were answered. We are very happy with our purchase and if we are in need of any other appliances, we will most definitely go back to Fuse Appliance. We highly recommend Fuse and their entire staff. Thank you!
