The whole process of picking out our shutters to the installation, everything went smoothly. Our sales guy Rob was very knowledgeable about his company’s products and gave very good advice. He was always available when we called or if not his associate was always available to talk to us or pass on a message. We modified a few things in our order and they never acted as if it was a bother. They truly wanted us to be happy. I will definitely recommend A Shade Above to anyone looking for window treatments.

The salesman and installer were very professional and helpful. My main complaint is that I’m disappointed in the shade itself. It is made very cheaply and way too expensive for the product itself. The sample in the store appeared to be better quality
