I shopped all the chain flooring stores in the area and couldn't even get a worker to help me. Went to Kittles because of a friend's recommendation and because I really like supporting local businesses. Silvio was so patient and knowledgeable and helped me pick out Provenza Vinyl Plank Flooring. The price was competitive with the chain stores in our area. (Note: all the chain stores were trying to see me a much lower quality flooring.) The installation was perfection. We are so happy with our new flooring. It is absolutely beautiful. So happy we went with Kittles. You will be too.
I highly recommend Kittle’s. Anthony and Silvio were so knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find the perfect flooring, advised me on the amount needed and even caught an over calculation on my part. If you’re looking for flooring Kittle’s is the place. They are an honest team, offering high quality products at competitive prices. We plan on remodeling our bathrooms next and we will be back.
I'm really happy that I discovered this store. I first went to flood and decor because I though they have the best prices, but this store has European and better quality with competitive prices too, the owner Silvio is extremely friendly and has a great taste, his recommendations were really good and always understanding my budget. I bought porcelain tile floor on a great price and the installation was great on the time frame they proposed from the beginning. After the floor I went back to the store and I bought a decorative porcelain tile for the bathroom wall and a vanity set, I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this store to everybody, please don't go to floor and decor or any big store, here you would get a better costumer service and great prices too.
We are very happy with the Brazilian cherry engineered wood floor. I am not sure the pictures do it justice but it is absolutely beautiful with the variations and color that deepens as it ages. Most importantly, we were very pleased with the professionalism, honesty, ongoing communication, and dependability of Kittles crew. A very respectable family business who clearly takes pride in their product and service. The 2nd picture is a closet to show the continued perfection of installation. Highly recommend.
Excellent service, this company has over 21 years in business and are one of the best that I have ever worked with. Rick is an excellent installer and Anthony was very helpful with the sales experience. I highly recommend it.
