I am absolutely pleased with the help I received from Malena. She was so helpful finding me great coverage, very affordable coverage at that she SAVED ME ABOUT $200!!! She was very friendly and she got the job done quick it didn’t even take long. She even corrected a mistake for me too, so amazing. I definitely recommend getting insurance with them, ask for Malena you’ll be in good hands!

I received help from Malena and was super excited for the assistance given to me. I was able to successfully get a quote cheaper then Geico for basic coverage. It was quick fast and easy. Malena was super professional, sweet, and kind!

Recently moved here from another state. Obviously different states have different laws. The state from which we moved required uninsured motorist insurance. We were never offered that coverage and it is not an option on the website. Ultimately not having that coverage falls on me but when I called Imperial to add the coverage the lady (who was hard to understand) tried to talk me out of the coverage. I called back to talk with our agent Anthony and left a message and he never returned my call. Poor/non-existent customer service to say the least.

Every time ive had a problem or wanted to switch over vehicles ive contacted a woman named luciana.nShe has been very nice always helpful and suggestive never in an bad mood or disrespectful in any way.nEven when im irritated.nVery professional.nnJust want to say thank you and that they will definitely have my repeated buisness and i will tell others about imperial insurance.
