I have used Alliance in the past and they have been very professional and customer service oriented. They go over and above to be the best they can be and made a last minute settlement today.nnPatty and Alyssa communicated with us frequently with any updates. Their offices are pristine and they practiced social distancing and provided masks if requested. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

“Closing with Liz” was a terrible experience and she was nothing short of obnoxious and toxic. For starters, we were told to show up at 2 pm; no choice of time or date after traveling cross country a day prior. We arrive on time and are told to wait for her and she appears 5-10 minutes later at the conference table. She hands out pens for my wife and I and starts her rap speed spiel. After telling her to slow down she was rather disturbed that we wanted to read through the documents first as we had no opportunity to preview them. Soon after we started to review them she became impatient and said she had another closing at 3 and she would check back with us. We were finished with reviewing the documents at 2:50 and patiently waited. At 3:20 we asked the receptionist when we would be finishing and she said she would check with Liz and get back to us in a few minutes. 15 minutes later we got up and told receptionist we were leaving. When we got back to our lodging we get a message that “she” is now ready. She calls back and says that we need to back there in 15 minutes if we wanted to close. We were already annoyed with her earlier rudeness and further so with her orders but I assumed we could be there in a half hour and went out to get my wife and soon discovered she had gone for a walk. I tried calling Liz back several times and there was no answer or voice mail. Liz calls back the next morning and with her ongoing arrogance says “Do you want to close or not”? Once again, 2pm or nothing with no consideration of our schedule. We agreed and she was just as hostile as in the prior visit and was annoyed with questions in regards to the documents. She became increasingly demanding and said she would come back to the room when we were ready to close. Five minutes later she shows up with her ”are you ready to close now”? I again had to remind her that I didn’t appreciate her rudeness and lack of consideration and that she was the one that got up and left in a childish tirade. Most of the delay was her own document requiring us to sign her own unrelated document that agrees to paying her companies attorney fees if there are any disputes and we refused to sign it. We finally get finished and she calls in her attorney to ask if we had any further questions and just another attempt to bully her way through what should have been a pleasant experience. I have been involved in many closings and can’t imagine anything this disrespectful by a business owner. There’s the good, bad and the ugly and this is the ugly.

Best real estate closing experience ever! Liz and the rest of the staff at Alliance Title were very responsive and paid attention to all the details. Highly recommend them!

If ever I need too buy again I will use them again and recommend to everyone
