Appliance Direct is the best place to get appliances at the very best prices! This is always the first place I go whenever I’m in need. The service is top notch! Very honest and helpful employees and sales staff. I 100% recommend going to Trace if he is available. I always tell my friends and family how much he has helped me over time. Plus, the store is usually stocked well in order to get whatever you need the same day if not that week.
The sales staff were great took time to answer all my questions. The delivery staff I can’t say the same. When we explained this was new construction and I needed them to be as careful as possible the y basically said we can’t guarantee that. The did not center or level the stove my builder had to do it . I am really happy with the appliances but some customer service training for the delivery team is needed

We are so pleased with our new refrigerator! It was delivered and installed as promised and the old one taken away. Our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable without pressuring us! We saved a lot of money ! The price was hundreds below what Lowe’s, Best Buy and Home Depot wanted for the exact same model. We got a great deal on a brand new appliance !
Guy was AWESOME to work with - he took the time to explain different models/features for a Dishwasher, Microwave, Convection Stove and Washing Machine. Delivery was to my schedule, on time and professional....The local big box stores couldn't come close to the great deals and perfect customer service provided by Guy and his team!!!
