We've used Joe Brown for almost a year now for insurance on everything we own here in Florida. Every time we've dealt the agency its been quick and painless. Great rates on everything from Boats, Cars, Motorcycle, and Condo insurance.

I have been so disappointed with the lack of customer service and follow up from Joe and Monica. Every email request goes unanswered. Phone calls don't get returned. I've waited long enough and now I am going with another agency.
