Jacob (technician) always thoroughly explains monthly treatment. This allows for safety in yard work. From initial sales call with Jason English- who gave expert advice even before we purchased new did— have found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great people make great companies.

We started using Brock pest control last week for our RV while we are in beautiful buggy Florida. The service from initial inspection to application and post application services are top notch. Our technician Kane Symic has excellent customer service manners and quite knowledgeable of what and what not to do to be bug free. I called Brock Lawn/Shrubs off our quarterly maintenance schedule since I continue to have problems with our Coontie palms about 2 weeks after our initial, quarterly lawn/shrub service. Brock sent Micah, our service technician, within a week. He explained how he used granules before but will use a liquid treatment this time. He understands the need to protect our landscape investment and made sure I knew I can call anytime.
