The jury is still out. I needed to replace my floor three times in one year under warranty but still a hastle. But currently the flooring quality looks better.
Great store with huge selection, have bought tile and laminate several times there. Very helpful staff, Cliff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We even hired him in his off time to put in our flooring and he did a great job. Hope the store will come back after the hurricane
We were very pleased with the tile and prices. The sales people were nice. The only problem we had was with the installer that offered to do the job. He came out and gave us a quote and a date but never showed up or returned our calls. After reading the complaints other customers had with installers.. we feel blessed the guy did not come back. We hired some one else. Just be mindful the store does not hire the installers. You do. So research and know who you are hiring.
Reasonable prices. You just need to check regularly because selection is limited and changes
The selection and quality of flooring is fine. Just get your own reputable installer. The people they sent out to us were a couple of crooks. Having to go to small claims court with the guy they recommended. Lesson learned: do a background check.
