I've frequented this UPS store for years. Competent and friendly management/employees. I've literally never had a bad experience!
The employees are always friendly, professional, and efficient. I have never been in a line more than 2 customers long.
Great service! Heather Carter is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful as I try to get my book, The Caretaker, published. Jake has always offered good service over the years. Andrew seems very astute with answers to questions. And the owner, Yogi, pitches in on a moment's notice. The operation is very efficient and the workers' hospitality make it a fun place to go.
Very helpful staff! I use their drop off package service often and have used the Amazon return service several times (where UPS scans your return and packs it for you).nnMost recently I used their notary service to have a form notarized then mailed. Incredibly convenient to be able to do both in one place!
Today I went to this store to send back an Amazon purchase.nUnfortunately I had printed the wrong return labels. When I stepped up to the counter, the man told me my error and that I needed to cancel the returns and to completely redo the labels.nVery frustrating!nHOWEVER then the other employee, Andrew, asked if he could help. What a Godsend! Within a few minutes he had completely redone the whole mess and had the packages ready to go.nTHANK YOU ANDREW.... so polite, helpful and knowledgeable.... a breath of fresh air.nYour UPS Store is fortunate to employee him.
