Had to go to Lowes to get pool supplies
It was to find what I was looking for
I ALWAYS RECOMMEND this place over Lowe's or any other home improvement store. In the box or online, Home Depot has never disappointed me.nHelpful, knowledgeable staff.nPlenty of parking and room to navigate the aisles.nThink outside the box. We went to get replacement window blinds for my 97 year old mom's apartment. Had to get some that matched the old ones. We waited and waited for somebody to help us. I asked three associates to page someone to come assist. The third one contacted a manager instead of paging over the intercom.nFinally we got help and boy, she knew her job inside and out. She had us taken care of in no time. We had to place a special order to get the size, style, and color we needed.nThe blinds will be delivered to the apartment in a few weeks. No way to know how soon because of the virus.nThanks Peggy. Kudos for making this a good experience.
Pickup was a breeze today. Very nice young man checked me out in the online pickup plus checked out a couple of plants I had picked up. Then two nice young men loaded my vehicle with the bistro set I had purchased and they were both very nice too. Home Depot certainly has instilled the meaning of good customer service in the three young men that I dealt with today.
