Paid full new price for a grill online and my wife picked it up. They dumped their old clearly handled outdoor display grill on her. They didn't even wipe it down, pollen, dust, and water spots all over it. Had scuffs and rust around the edges. She went to return it for a boxed, new one and they acted like they didn't know why she wouldn't want it. Better do your own shopping at this location.
Low on staff
Everyone at this store has been so helpful and awesome. Jason, manager of the paint department and the store manager, Jessica are both particularly stellar.
Like the countertops we bought from here but the installers are awful. Do yourself a favor and use a local company. Home Depot hired the installers to come but as soon as we had issues they’ve dumped it all on us. We were told by management at Home Depot that they talked to management of the installation company but to our surprise today this was a lie. The manager of the installation company said verbatim that he doesn’t even know who his contact at Home Depot is. Furthermore Home Depot was supposed to send some pictures of the issues of the final install, which they said they did, this too was a lie. The management of Home Depot should be sent to Maury so we know what is actually true. On top of all of this we tried to get a refund and return the counter. This too can’t be handled by the management of Home Depot but requires more work on us. Not to mention they have been rude and hard to handle through the whole process. I’m really trying to figure what the employees at Home Depot do.
