I wanted to share my experience as I rely on reviews as well. I recently had an experience requiring a return of materials after a not so pleasant encounter with a company hired for a project. Lowe’s and specifically Chris, the manager, handled my situation with ease and professionalism. A solution was presented and the process scheduled quickly. I can’t say enough that not only did I get access to him immediately for a resolution but he also stayed in contact until the final end result. This store has always been my home improvement location and will continue to be in the future! Thank you!
I would give negative stars if I could. They have a gate to lock you out from doing your job. Cost me money for having to wait on them. They lied to me about when they would unlock the gate. I am an owner operator burning fuel that I have to pay for waiting on them. I wouldn't deliver here again for anything. Lowes is an awful place. I now know why I don't shop at them.
Was able to get rock and timbers with help from Cole. Nice guy. Had to use restroom and was disappointed with handicap stall. It had a regular height toilet. Should have been a chair height. Very hard to get up from if you have bad legs or knees.
We have spent over $7000.00 this year with Lowes and had bad experience too many times, 3 out of 6 of our appliances were damaged 1 so bad they gave us half off , now I'm struggling to get my washer that they dropped outside my door and damaged replaced of course they said they would replace but you can never get anyone to answer phone and even when you go in store there's very few people . We gave up on getting questions answered about the washer and dryer after even asking a manager on duty for help was pointless. So we came home and did our own research and ordered online, I wish now that I would've just went to Home Depot
