EDIT: I have been diagnosed with brain tumors, and dealing with getting referrals through this doctor has been worse than the actual tumors themselves. Of course, lots of referrals are required to get my surgery set up, and they have somehow managed to mess up or just not send every single one, causing me to get turned away from multiple appointments and delaying my surgery. They still somehow have my diagnosis wrong, and this last referral managed to have both the referring doctor and the doctor it's going to wrong. I don't even know how it's possible to be so irresponsible as a doctor. Will be getting a new one ASAPnnI have been going to see her for many years because my family did, and it is a bad experience every time I try to contact her. Her staff is horribly rude every single time, and it is impossible to get important prescriptions in a timely manner. Recently, when told that I could not go in because of preexisting health conditions that make it extremely dangerous for me to leave home with COVID going on, I am given the runaround, told by her rude staff that Dr. Floyd herself said that I need to go in or they refuse to refill birth control even though they had previously promised that they would continue to until COVID was over. When I ask about virtual appointments they say, “We don’t do virtual Pap smears” sarcastically and say I have to go in and risk my health or deal with no medication. Talking to my GYN, thank god, they were infinitely more understanding and professional.
