Met a great new doctor, nurse, and technician who did my labs. That said, the office ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to call back and set up appointments. I will eventually wait in the parking lot one morning for my doctor, who I'm guessing has no idea how many patients are being denied treatment. Returning calls is not hard. If it is, choose another profession.

Office people are a joke! They never call back, ever. Dr Rosemary is great, but is only there one day. I was scheduled for a Friday appt with Dr Rosemary, but when I went in, she wasn't there. Front office people need a refresher course on how to treat patients!

I had a disturbing experience. Needed to get preauthorization for depression meds. After 6 phone calls & messages & many request by pharmacy for almost 2 weeks we ask for office manager who acted if it was comical. I am suffering from severe depression which almost put me in the ER. They suggest snowden vrs doing their job. Tons of excuses but couldn't return a call. Poor excuse of an office, nurse & mgnager. PA Dennis is great.

Amazing doctors and nurse practitioner. But you will not get a reply for anything when you call them. Every time I have to walk in to get an answer. So I spend more time at the doctors when I need to be at work. Mg nurse is amazing but refills take 48 to 72 hours. Your just a number here. Not a patient that the people up front care about

This is a problem with the receptionist, they are horrible. I finally get an appointment after trying for months. then needed two other appointments, was given date and time. called a week prior to confirm. showed up to first appointment to be told they cancelled. they say the called, but they did not.
