I had seen a listing somewhere that there was availability on the complex, so naturally I call! I spoke with someone named Cindy and man was she awfully rude. Before I could even finish my sentence I was cut off by her saying nothing is available and they have a 4-6 month wait. This wouldn't have been in a problem I'm absolutely in no rush, but she didn't even give me a chance to speak. Personally, I won't ever comply to deal with management like her.
This place needs to be shut down & all apartments need to be redone... Its sad that its for low income but they treat them like dirt.nFrom the black moldnRent going up every month even after you have signed a lease for a year your rent still goes up.nThey care nothing about the families& their children ..and just try to get a hold of someone to complain we'll good luck there...nMy grandchildren are there and I know they are getting sick from something in them apartments... And not only that way to much drug traffic and no managerment at all.nPray my family find a place to go soon.....nThings would probably be better if new people would take over ones that really cares for their tenants
