This lady was fast, and listened well when I placed the order. Only had to give here order one time. Then she repeated it back to me. She was friendly kind and cheerful. Focused on getting the job done right the first time. She was the apetimy of what drive through restaurant service is supposed to be. Food was great.

I really like Hardee's but I had their onion rings for the first time and they were over done - too crunchy (overdone).

If I could Give zero stars I would. Highly disappointed in the service I received today. Went through the drive through only got two items I ordered. When I told them I was missing an item they acted like I was lying about it. I showed them my receipt and got the food I ordered. I asked if I could get two extra gravies and only received one. So I went Inside to get my second gravy and some utensils. The gravy had no sausage in it what so ever. I’m absolutely disappointed in the service I got.

Usually I'm a fan of Hardee's, but we went there last Saturday morning and not only was the service the worst I've ever experienced at Hardee's or fast food for that matter but then the wait was awful especially considering there was no one in front of me. Had to wait over 20 minutes on my order, then they try to tell me I didn't order what was clearly on the receipt. Very bad customer service when somewhere sitting there calling a customer a liar to their face about what they ordered and had my receipt in plain sight. Same is not an option for 0 Stars
