I've been going to this practice since 2007. I was treated very well and caringly by Dr. Youngblood for years. She has since retired due to health problems. Recently, I've had issues with not being able to have my prescriptions refilled. I've had no trouble up until now. I have a brain tumor that needs an operation to remove it. My medication is crucial in preventing seizures. I have not been able to connect with anyone who is able to help me. I will definitely be looking for a new office for my family medical care.

You would be better off driving to New Orleans to find a voodoo doctor then to go see anyone here. Hands down the absolute worst doctors office in Roanoke. The staff at the front desk are very unhelpful. I can only assume the PA's acquired their degrees over night from the University of Phoenix online by the lack of care and knowledge they have. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place because you'll probably walk out worse than you did before you went.

Dr. Duncan is the best doctor. He truly cares about his patients. He takes time to explain everything. And by the way everyone calls him Dennis.nAbout the people at the front desk, well they need to have better trained people.nThey can't seem to get anything right.

I have been going here for YEARS and was recently treated very poorly by Dr. Ball and one of the receptionists. I basically got accused of abusing my prescription medication when trying to request a refill! After years of going here, I will NOT be returning!!
