Very unprofessional every time they leave is more trash on the ground than it was before they got there. I stack my cans neatly for them to have easy access to them but when they are done they're thrown all over the alley. The last few weeks it has gotten worse and worse

These trash people are horrible, they drop or shall I say while the machine was emptying the trash a bag fell to the ground and instead of picking the bag up these lazy folks just left the bag on the ground by the freaking trash can. This has happened several times it’s ridiculous!!

I have been waiting two weeks for pick-up; and the ONLY response I can get is “We have a ticket for it.” This must be a city wide issue; because regardless of where you go or get service in this city, the pathetic Customer Service Experience in this city, IS AWEFUL!!!! I HATE IT IN THIS CITY!!!!!

I am extremely impressed with Portsmouth City Waste Management department. My grass was tore up pretty badly (approximately 5ft x 4ft) by our bulk pickup driver and within 15 minutes of me emailing the department there was an employee at my door to fix the problem. Way to go Portsmouth City Waste Management!
