Sit in the line at the window for 25 minutes at 1215 today. I couldn't wait any longer and never got to order! Slowest Tropical smoothie I've EVER been to and I'll NEVER go back to that one!
I ordered a bowl for my son Baja bowl I have eaten there quite often before never disappointed! But this time the amount of lettuce was overwhelming there was maybe a tablespoon of rice and black beans four pieces of chicken and cheese! My son will not eat this if I new I was ordering a salad then I would have never ordered it! Then I call to tell management no manager there so talked to a shift lead and he could care less! I will not ever go back! So disappointed
Smoothie was good but my wrap came with disgustingly brown lettuce. Didn’t eat it
This was probably the dirtiest tropical smoothie store I have ever been in. There were receipts, straws all over the floor. It looked like it had not been cleaned all day or longer.
Tropical Smoothie used to have so much Taste of fruit in their smoothies now it tastes like ice, I don't think I will be going back if I do I will be talkin with the manager about the experience with these smoothie although the staff is still upbeat and Pepe I like that but what they're putting out the days or absolutely, unquestionably not the Smoothie ice drink when you first open or before the pandemic. They have cut back on their ingredients I'm sure
