Home cooked food the way your grandma should have made it. The BEST BISCUITS I'VE EVER HAD!! (top 10 in the country apparently). This is the breakfast spot of you're in the area, offering some superior Belgian waffles. Not open on Monday from what I was told though. Can't wait to try everything on this menu! The sweet tea is even excellent!

I traveled to Fincastle, VA and googled local places to eat and The Roanoker Restaurant was suggested. I enjoy supporting local business so I decided to give it a try. My friend and I went for dinner and I got the unbelievable chicken salad, it was amazing!! I was able to get three meals from one order. I also ordered a biscuit because I read so many good reviews about the biscuits and the reviews were spot on. We went back the next morning for breakfast to try the gravy biscuits, and as expected it was delicious. You can tell the gravy is homemade and the eggs are fresh. Their sweet tea is also good, not too strong or too sweet. The employees are polite and knowledgeable of menu.

6/23/20 - open again. 50% capacity. Still great food.nnGreat menu and not bad prices.nI love the Turkey Club as it is made the way a real Turkey Club should be made.nThey have turkey dinner every day.nI visit often because it is always great food and service.nAnd if you like Mozzarella Sticks. They have the best tasting. See pic

Roanoker is great. Been going there since late 60's. They were like a Cafe on lower level of Towers Shopping Mall. They were also located in downtown Roanoke. Food, service & everything has always been great. This day we were treating Granddaughter to brunch for her birthday. All was GOOD!

Not sure if it was 2 or 3 years ago, I gave them a 1 ⭐... Well let me tell you a secret that something change and it's all for the good. Their food is excellent of course I always go at breakfast and have biscuits and apples bacon and eggs.. GOOD!!!! GOOD!!!! I will be going soon for lunch and dinner and I will let you know...✅.
