I went here today. I placed a mobile order which included a cup that had gone out of stock- obviously just an issue with an app and nothing caused by the employees. Jamey helped fixed the issue very quickly and was very kind.nnI go to this Starbucks quite often just for the atmosphere and kindness of the employees who work there. I live in Henry, so this Starbucks is a good ways from me- but the drive is always worth it.
If you like Starbucks and I do, this is a great place. We had coffee and food and it was all great. The employees were great as well.
Staff is always nice, wait is never too long and I don't think they've gotten my drink wrong once. Nice for a morning OR afternoon pick-me up. I'll Always be back.
Been here a few times and everything was nice always. Today they got a drink slightly wrong, let us keep the messed up drink and gave us the correct dring too. Nice customer service. Especially impressive since they're always busy.
Staff is great! Food/drinks always very good. Parking lot and drive-through is a huge pain to navigate when busy- wish they'd address this, as I drive right by when I see its busy.
