I cannot express how impressed I am with Roanoke County!! We live in a wooded area and often have A LOT of brush bulk pick up. They have always taken care of it! We had a retaining wall fall after all the rain and had a huge pile. They came back this morning and took it with no complaints-that is customer service. Thank you!

Wish I still lived in the county! Nicer men on the trucks, they always wake & smile. Never rude to residents.

Easy to use if you ask the employees where to dump things. Otherwise its a confusing place.
