Our week with family in Arcadia Villa #42 was wonderful. Snow Canyon area is our favorite part of Southern Utah. Plenty of space with bathrooms for each bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen made meals easy. Our kids enjoyed the entire resort : the clubhouse playroom, craft room and pool. We will definitely put this one on the top of our list for next visit! The only issue we had was a missing remote for one bedroom.

We recently stayed for a week in #31. What a beautiful home and so perfectly appointed with everything we would need for our stay! I cannot think of anything that was missing. The home was perfect and the games and the hot tub were a huge hit with everyone. It was the first time our family had been together since Christmas, so it was extra special. The resort pool, slide, and lazy river were fantastic. The clubhouse activities for the little ones were great, as well. My only negative comment is that we were counting on renting the bikes and scooters from the clubhouse and were very surprised and disappointed when we got there and found that they had been put away for the "season." That is something that needs to be mentioned beforehand. Otherwise, it was fantastic! Thank you so much for providing your beautiful home.

Our family had such a great time staying here! It is a bit pricey but was very roomy & we loved the big kitchen! The grandkids loved playing in the lazy river, pool and hot tub! They all said they wished we could live there! 😆 They also has fun activities planned each day to make it fun for the kids. We will definitely be back again!

We loved our stay at Arcadia! However, the home we stayed in, No. 25, had a poorly stocked Kitchen. It was lacking large mixing bowls, tupperware, cooking pots/pans with lids... I would also recommend laundry soap (even if it is just a few pods - it is always appreciated, especially when staying with Children), cleaning supplies would be helpful and would save the cleaning crew time. I'm guessing that No. 25 doubles as a Model Home which explains the lack of Kitchen supplies... Overall 5/5, we will be back! I love the attentiveness, if you are out of toilet paper, paper towels, whatever - visit the front desk and you're good to go. I also appreciate that you can set your garbage can out when it's full and they will empty it. Also to note... I saw spills occur at the pool and staff quickly responded to clean it up. I appreciate staff emptying the garbage cans around the pool multiple times throughout the day. This is a family friendly resort and as I mentioned we will be back and very much look forward to it!!

Awesome vacation rentals that are very clean and professionally decorated. We have stayed here a few time and really love it. It’s a bit out of the way but if you want a relaxing place with a great clubhouse and pool this makes a great choice!
