After the practice changed hands and Dr Holzer was gone, the place became a miserable experience. I didn't know that the doctor had left, and when I asked to see him, I was told that I couldn't. I didn't know it was because he wasn't there. Further, I found each visit after that to be dehumanizing and stressful. I was treated with suspicion regularly, and found myself having to jump through more and more hoops to get my prescriptions. This is not a place of comfort or caring.

Dr.smith is no longer at Bon Secour center for pain management, I have been a patient of his for 12 years he is compassionate and understanding and takes time to explain everything I look up to him for other medical advice thank you For making my life a better place to live. The new office that he is that is absolutely wonderful they know you by name they greet you as soon as you walk in they have become a second family

I went there for 9 years when the Doctor's cared they left years ago I left in 2018 think god ,all the new people that started working there in 2018 all they wanted to do was have everyone off pain meds they didn't care how much pain you had, I hope they never get a job working in the medical field they all need to have chronic pain for life!!!

The changes made to this clinic is going to end up closings it down. Both my doctor and PA have left the practice. I would not recommend this office at all. I gave this practice a 1 star rating because you can't give a 0.

Once a great place to receive help is now the worst doctors office in history!! If I could I'd give them negative stars!!!! You can handle appointments, if you have questions or concerns you won't get answers & since when is a care giver not allowed in the office visit with you so they can be informed of all treatment. My husband is my care giver since I'm disabled and the new Doctor will not even talk to him. The new staff is extremely rude!!! My husband and I talked to a nurse in the office today (2/5/19) and instead of getting answers I was told to deal with my pain. REALLY!!!!!!
