Dr. Bhowmik has been great at helping with refills or physical therapy requests for my Mother which has been very helpful, easy and stress relieving for our family. I feel like he really cares about his patients and listens to them and takes the extra time to tend to their needs. He is a wonderful Doctor who cares greatly for his patients.

Staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional

Our experience at this facility was absolutely dreadful. The staff is very unprofessional,unfriendly and inconsiderate of its clients. Beging at the front desk to the rude and unhelpful office manager. They like to shift the blame of the responsibility on the client rather than simply correcting the issue. Sad that the staff here could not correct a much need prescription request in two days. Of course by Friday mid afternoon, they had no nurse on staff and a Doctor that was out of the office for the holiday weekend. The most unprofessional level of customer service I have ever experience at a HealthCare facility.
