Wait times are ridiculously long. My doctor left for maternity leave and never came back. Found out from someone in our community that she went to another practice. Then the new doctor I've been seeing for the past year left also... Something has to wrong internally. More than one person has mentioned to me that the office manager runs people off..

This place will have you waiting 2 hours just to take you inside, then it will take you another 2 hours just to be seen the doctor. All the times I've been there this happens, Something needs to be seriously done about scheduling. They need to stop overbooking appointments.

Wait times are too long, they overbook frequently. Call you in the back and take your vitals and then see other patients with later appointments before you. He was taking Optima but Optima dropped him for a reason unknown to me. Dr. Kristin Ramsey is good but is surrounded by the marginal office staff. It makes a poor patient/doctor relationship because 80% of the staff seem incompetent.
