This place doesn't deserve to have a medical license. I had an appointment for july 29 that was made in February. Without notice they canceled on me and said I would have to get a virtual visit but it couldnt be on the same date as my original appointment. So now I will have to wait another few months. What kind of shop are they running here? They really show that patient health isnt a priority.nnI will never go back again.

It only gets a star because I have too. The staff is horrible and the Dr.thinks he is better than others. Im uncomfortable with him and always feel as if he doesn't care what I'm saying. He always wants test done and for me to see other Dr. I just don't gave money for alk that. It's a shame since I have been going to this office for years and everyone there has changed at least 4 times in 5 years.

Abysmal communication. The NP I have been seeing was transferred to this location earlier this year. When I went in for an appointment, I took with me a billing error from the other office that I have been unable to get resolved despite repeated requests. The office manager, Erin, did not call me despite requests for her to do so. Finally she left a message stating she would take care of it. Last week I got a collection notice for the bill. It is a coding error, something my insurance will cover once corrected. I physically took a copy of the bill to the office to speak to her, but she was not there. I left it at the front desk with a note on it on a Wednesday that it was the issue she was supposed to have resolved earlier this year and asking for a call. She did not call me back Thurs or Fri. Monday I called again and miraculously someone answered the phone. I was transferred to her and she said she did not get the paperwork I left. So I went through the whole thing again and she said she was showing a zero balance on my account. I got her email and sent a copy of the bill to her. She called later in the day and characterized the bill as a copay that I owed. The whole point is that the bill was covered by my insurance company when coded correctly. I sent her an email along with copies of all the various times I have written to get the bill corrected. That was yesterday. No call, no return email. Now I can't reach anyone. The phone rings and rings and then hangs up. This is just a continuation of what I've been through with the various billing departments and the previous location where the bill was incurred. I know health care has become largely impersonal but this is just maddening.

I had an appointment scheduled for a physical a month in advance as a new patient. Got reminder calls and a reminder email a few days in advance of said appointment. Read some really good reviews about the doctor I had chosen for my care and everything, which is essentially why I picked the practice in the first place. They call the day of my appointment to tell me that the doctor isn’t accepting new patients. Go elsewhere, this practice is obviously too big for its breeches.

Just re recently the doctors in this center have changed my doctor was there for four years and she was the best doctor I ever had she was understanding and very kind and understood the problems and helped with your medical physical and mental issues now that the doctors have change this office is a zero they have poor patient relationship they are rude they even went in the hallway and blurted out medications that I was on in front of everyone My recommendation don’t ever go thereIf I could not have to click a star and give them none that is exactly what they would get
