A month ago I unknowingly left my wallet at the store. By the time I realized I lost it, I figured it was gone for good since it had been lost for a month. At the register buying smoothies one night, an employee recognized my face and asked me if I left a wallet there. I told her I did and she asked me my name before she gave me my wallet. She put it away behind the counter hoping to see me again. All of my things and my money were still in my wallet safe and secure. She told me she never took anything out. I bless the Lord for her, the crew and the manager. What great integrity this store has!!! In a world where good is often overlooked because of evil, I had to shine light on the employees at this store who are doing good. It's a blessing to see businesses still operating with high standards, morals and Christian values. If you're looking for integral employees and an integral manager, go to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe at Victory Crossing. Well done good and faithful servants!

It was extremely busy the day I visited this location. I also patiently wait 30 min plus for online. I placed an online order and I received the wrong order and my side of sweet yams was ice cold and horrible. I end up in the same area the next day and go into to order another smoothie and speak with the manager/owner. He tell me since I didn't call he couldn't replace my order even with me telling him I had the food in the back of my pickup truck. No courtesy for customer at all!!! I purchased from this location often but not anymore. Patronage is a privilege not a right!!! So my busy will go somewhere else!!!

Absolutely worst run Tropical Smoothie i have ever done business with. Multiple debacles, consistently poor service - I have regretted every single visit to this location. I give up on them.

ordered a flatbread and smoothie through the app. went there to pick it up, and they messed up my order. i asked for certain things to not be up there, and literally all they put on my sand which was chicken. called and they didn’t answer the phone, and then called again. the manager didn’t care to fix these issues. called their customer service number, the person i spoke to was nice. i just want a refund.

I ordered through Uber eats and ordered a veggie hummus bowl that’s supposed to have cheese, avocado, onions, rice, and ranch in it and my husband ordered the wrap version. I literally got a bowl of just lettuce. Seriously what kind of laziness is that?! If you don’t have the stuff to make the order than either make it not available on your Uber menu or call and let us know. My husbands wrap was also nothing better lettuce and our chips were missing. Absolutely unacceptable
