If I could give 0 stars, I would but that was not an option, unfortunately. Our bus driver sucked! He kept leaving on the bus whenever he wanted to without discussing it with the ppl that were the actual vacation, which caused us to go over our mileage. He was never on time since day 1. He would come get us after he was done doing whatever he was doing. When we were at our activity for the day, instead of waiting for us to be done before leaving, he would drop us off and go back to the hotel until it was time to leave, wasting more gas. He would make inappropriate comments and get attitudes because he wouldn't listen and claim that we didn't discuss our day to day plans with him. Not to mention, because the handle on the back of the bus was broken so we couldn't put our luggage actually on the bus. We ended up using a trailer from elsewhere. All in all, I would not recommend this bus service nor its driver for anything. Period!
Horrible as if TODAY!!! Step team raised money to go to competition in Atlanta bus broke down in South Carolina at 10:30 this morning and as of 6:00pm they are still waiting on the other bus that was never sent, they are so close to the highway that a car hit the bus and the Fire Marshall told them they have to move. The bus company had the nerve to tell them to switch there reservation from Atlanta to South Carolina. From what I understand they were told they can't get their money back. Had the nerve to tell them before the bus broke down that they might not make it on time because he had two stops to make. DID YOU TELL THEM THAT BEFORE YOU TOOK THEIR MONEY. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!
THE WORSE BUS SERVICE EVER!!!! Used them to charter our team to a competition in Atlanta. The bus broke down in South Carolina at 10:30 am and it is now 5:00pm and the team is still sitting on the side of the road on the bus. They promised another bus at 10:30 and never sent it. No one from the company will speak with the coaches and will only talk through the driver. They had the nerve to tell us to move our hotel reservation that we had booked in Atlanta for our show ( that we now missed) to South Carolina so we can spend the night there in South Carolina. DO NOT USE THIS BUS COMPANY!!!!
