This is the best store I’ve ever been to. Customers should be more understanding and stop complaining about small little stuff. They do their best to assist customers. If they can’t help you it’s not because they don’t want to is cause they are not able to. Put yourself on their shoes for once and stop being so rude to them. They are risking their life’s thru this pandemic as bad as you :)
Rude staff.. sent me to an other store without even listening to my problem. Girl with purple hair didn't let the gentleman help me out. She sent me to Centerville. Nunca mas vuelvo. Penso que no ententia Ingles.
I just wanted to return a phone within the policy date and the money they intend to charge but all these girls had some serious ethical issues when it comes to something other than buying a new line from them. The big lady was trying to play CEO of t mobile without any reason.. Pathetic service and attitude. Totally unprofessional... gonna order my new phone somewhere else.nnWish I could give you negative scores. you deserve BIG Zero plus heavy fines for ruining company‘a face and repo for your own stupid tiny egotistic behaviour..
I came to buy a case for a new phone. Andrea S. Was very helpful and courteous. She applied the screen protection for me. Of the 3 sprint stores in Manassas I will always go there.
Came into this store to do an upgrade and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were with getting me set up with my device. A big thanks to Norma and the staff I will definitely be coming back to this location whenever I need help with my phone or account.
