Manassas Station Apartments

I absolutely love living here!! Everyone I have met that loves here is very kind and welcoming. It’s such a perfect area. Right across from old town Manassas! They are so quick to answer questions and maintenance is always so quick to fix anything that is not working.

Lived at Manassas Station for a year between 2019-2020 and overall loved the place!nnTL;DR: Great place, but on the expensive side in my opinion. Close to downtown Manassas, great apartments and facilities!nnThe Good:nLocation is excellent, walking distance to the train station and to historic Manassas. Maybe a 25 minute drive from the nearest DC metro if the traffic is good. Facilities are great, if not a little sparse at the complex itself. The gym is alright for the size of the building, and the community room is nice as well. Parking lot always had extra spaces, though it wasn't treated in the winter. That's about it as far as amenities go, but what else do you need, really? My 1 bed 1 bath apartment was in great condition, and the amenities in the apartment worked perfectly. I don't think I ever had to call maintenance for a fix. The apartment staff is always very friendly and helpful, if not a little hard to get a hold of sometimes (see below).nnThe Bad:nThe worst thing about the place is the rent, and even then it isn't *awful* (although it went up considerably after my first lease term was over). I've found some equally nice places in the area for a decent amount or less, and some equally nice places closer to DC for about the same amount. I picked here because of the walking distance in Manassas. Lastly, the staff was always friendly and super helpful, but hard to get a hold of sometimes. I learned when was the best to call the office because sometimes, even during business hours, I could call every 10 or so minutes for hours and the phone would not get picked up. BIG DISCLAIMER: the second half of my lease here was during COVID19, so that is a fine reason (for me, anyways) that the office was sometimes understaffed - I can't blame them there.nnOverall:nGreat place, would for sure recommend, if you've got a little extra budget for the higher rent.

Management is horendus, good luck getting any Response or real help from them. It's a shame too this used to be a nice place. Don't just read my review, go to the building yourself and see how vacant it is. Brand new property and tennents are fleeing en masse, all of our neighbors have had the same issues.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There’s never parking available me and my family has had to walk from old town to here almost every night. Came here with used carpet and many maintenance problems. Problems are never resolved and I have had nails in my carpet since I moved in here and my siblings and I have cut our feet many times but nothing has been done. I would not recommend moving here and we are leaving as soon as possible.
