My wife & I stopped at the winery the other day on our way to Cape Charles. It may be a bit off the beaten path, but it is a little bit of heaven here on earth. The setting is so beautiful, set among fields of winter wheat and the vineyards, it takes your breathe away. My wife & I enjoyed their very good wines, but our favorite was the stainless steel aged Chardonnay. We liked it so much we ordered with our dinner the next night at The Shanty in Cape Charles. The Shanty is a great place to eat. Please do not miss the winery. It is a must place to visit, have a glass of wine or two, and truly enjoy the ambiance of the bucolic setting. Enjoyed wine tasting with cheese and crackers! Very good wines served at outside tables on this beautiful afternoon. The service was great, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful! Stop by for a tasting when you're on Virginia's eastern shore! They have tastings daily until 5 P.M.!

Second time here. Love the wine. Beautiful scenery and friendly staff! Very reasonably priced Wine Club. Will be back next quarter for a quick flight and wine pick up.

Friendly staff, COVID compliant and a peaceful setting. The wines favor the dry side and have a familiar arrangement of Bordeaux blends. Tie this place into a stop at Cape Charles for a nice outing. However in the case of inclimate weather there's no options for seating since outdoor only is currently available.

Very quaint and friendly. The manager Janice shared the history of the winery and the details of the delicious wines. A beautiful 55 minute drive from Virginia Beach.
