Not one of them could say “You’re welcome.” The lady who took my order sounded like she was talking to someone else the whole time. I had to assume she got my order. At the first window she spoke long enough to mumble my order. She snatched my card, swiped it and shoved it back out the window. I said “thank you” and she said nothing, just closed the window in my face. At the next window she gave me my drink and receipt. Again I said “thank you” and she closed the window, saying nothing. Then I watched 3 of them standing around chatting it up. After about 5 minutes, she told me to pull into the first space. 10 minutes later... still no food. Watching multiple cars come through and get their food, but none for me. Someone should teach them customer service. I don’t care how good the food is, which btw I still don’t have, I won’t return to a place that makes me feel like I’m an inconvenience. They need a customer service class. Learn to say please, thank you, and be efficient. Customers are why you have a job.

One of the better mcdonalds. If you're traveling through I'd suggest stopping here. Last real stop before the bridge, and the first real stop after the bridge, depending on which direction you're traveling.

What a wonderful experience returning home to New Jersey.nThe McChicken was fresh, hot and the chicken crispy. Hot fries and excellent drive thru service. Thank you

I stop by before I head back to NC and my order was alright. I forgot an extra frie and went back in to order on the kiosk, and that's when it happen. The gentlemen that came in the first time when I came in said his order was messed up and he told them that he didnt want ketchup on there just tomatoes and onions. It was a middle size female that took the sandwiches and laugh like it was funny he was mad. And instead of apologizing no matyer it was his or their fault she told him that the ticket didn't have it. And her and a few other employees laugh and one of them mock him act played out the situation. That was the most disrespectful and horrible customer service I had ever seen.
