Always has been ideal and pristine. However, when the concrete plant stripped the land up to the trail it became such an eyesore. Where was the planning board when plans like that were purposed? Residents were not allowed on the path during this time as a 5 foot peice of boardwalk was being repaired to the tune of 5 months. Ugh

Lovely boardwalk over brackish water marsh is easily accessible with roadside parking takes only 20 minutes to walk the boards, but additional paths are available for waking your dog or just hiking

Very muddy and standing water at trail head. Beautiful views of bay. Unfortunately, nearby concrete plant has expanded and cut down trees bordering preserve.

Just spent 7 days at this Park and it was wonderful. Everyone from the Park Ranger to the Game Warden to the Park Host was friendly and helpful. The areas to walk the dogs were plentiful. Beach was clean and so was the Park. Will definitely be going back.
