Horrible experience with the “Service Manager”. He was rude, dismissive and outright disrespectful to an older lady Jeanne getting her car worked on before me. The tech was amazing and when walking back in the Service Manager asked what bring so cheap just fix it here. Otherwise have to right a ticket for just the inspection rejection. I told him I’d be coming back tomorrow at told you the technician and was met with his sighing and being rude as hell. Say away from the fake Tom Seleck looking guy inside. When asked for a manager or owners number I was told get out. The technician was amazing but why give your money to an establishment that treats their customers and elderly like that?!

I have been going here for years for my inspection. He is very thorough, tells you things that will need to be fixed before next year (like you have .. miles left on these brakes, tires etc.) and polite and quick, I would highly recommend them.
John was very helpful and provided excellent service to my car.
Went in to tell the manager that the posted price is not what is on the pump. He said it clearly says 'cash'. I then took a picture of the sign showing it did not show that.. he then went out and started yelling and pointing to the back side (less traffic) side saying 'see it there'. Terrible experience. Very bad attitude of a manager. I will never return there.
