Been going here for over 10 years until today. Sat in the inspection line for 45 minutes, no other cars. One manager said his guy was at lunch, no sign, nothing. 15 minutes later, other manager said I had two appointments ahead of me. Every time I go there the staff is different now; explains a lot.

Oh my! Where do I start? The customer service was top notch. They valued my time and had me in and out within 30min. Stacey did a great job with recommendations to keep the car in tip top shape. Thank you for your service. I’ll definitely be back.

Ok, purchased full synthetic oil change with free battery, tire, and coolant check on Groupon. We have a volkswagen jetta. Standard 5 quart, standard filter. Service was fast and courteous, but there was an up charge for disposal fee!! This is the cost of doing business!! So buyer beware of added fees not listed on the Groupon.

Please do not take your vehicle to these people for service. That have no idea what they are doing. Replaced 3 motor mounts in my car 3 diff times and it was not even the issue. I did not approve them to to do that work. Every time I got my car back it was worse than the time before. They DID NOT fix anything and wanted to charge me $1150 for work they thought would fix my problem. I am bringing legal action against them. This place sux.

I had purchased a groupon for a wheel alignment...I read the reviews and knew I could expect at least a 10 dollar charge for shop fees...cool...when I went in to get my alignment done the guy at the front desk asked me what’s wrong with the vehicle I said it just is starting to shake a little and the steering wheel feels loose usually that indicates an alignment is needed for my vehicle...the man proceeds to tell me he needs to inspect the car and it doesn’t sound like I need an alignment from the description of the problem I gave him...he continued on saying it will be another $60 on top of the Groupon to check out the car and he refused to do an alignment before doing the inspection of the vehicle to see if it really needed an alignment because it sounds like “it isn’t the alignment by what your telling me something else is wrong”. As a woman and one of color I have encountered these situations before and was not about to go back and forth with him but I never had a mechanic ask me to inspect a vehicle before receiving an alignment they usually just do the job that was paid for . I’m not sure why the guy refused to do my alignment but I felt it was a totally unprofessional situation and maybe there was more reasoning involved with this gentleman for him to insist I pay more for a car inspection or diagnostic before doing a simple prepaid wheel alignment. I didn’t feel welcomed at this establishment or that anyone wanted to help me. Why? I don’t know...definitely stay away...
