There were lots of books, toys, and records. They had a great selection of books for children and books for adults and young adults. I ordered online and picked up in store. The store was very clean and tidy. There was also a pretty crowded Starbucks inside of the Barnes & Noble but I did not look at the menu to see if they had everything.
Super friendly staff and they make it awesome to have a place where you can still hold a book in your hand. I went and got leather journals for gifts. It's nice to be able to hold them and look through them rather then just buying them from Amazon or somewhere else online.
Gr at selection of books here. They have a very large Manga, teen fiction and a large children's area. They have a bunch of great board and card game selections, some I have never seen before. Very clean store. It is nice to have a million choices of books, and the ability to walk around unhindered by giant awkwardly place display tables.
It smells like BOOKS! I mean, it's great, there are tons of great books and novelties including games, puzzles and gifts. We bought journals today. We're gonna write our own books! Thanks for having such great variety!!nWe did not buy the bear journal, but it made us laugh. The cashier was super friendly and efficient!
Great customer service on two recent visits to the Williamsburg, VA store. An employee named Jacob looked at three locations before finding the movie I wanted. Most would've given up sooner. And another employee named Jeff gave an A+ effort in helping me find books for my niece. Any business should be happy to have employees like these. If I need books in the future I'm promising myself to shop and support this location instead of ordering online.
