I had read a number of negative reviews before going to my appointment today. In the aftermath of my appointment, I simply don’t understand the negativity. I had a very pleasant visit — was seen by 4 different people in the process of checking in, triage, actual appointment, and scheduling of a future procedure. I was treated with friendliness and respect and never once encountered any unprofessionalism. It was a very positive experience.

I’m writing this review as a moral duty to help someone else. Please stay away from this office. I concur with a lot of what the other negative reviews previously asserted. I’m here to confirm that most of their statements are true.nThe office staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. This office sees you as a commodity and a tool to make money. They’re are like vultures out to get every penny they can get from you and mostly your insurance. They will go to the extent of lying to you, creating fear and panic in you, so you can agree to do extra tests and medical procedures you do not need, just to suck the life out of your insurance. Again do yourself a favor by staying away from this office.

I had been trying to get answers for months. Turns out I had Crohn’s disease. How did I find out? I ended up in the hospital with an infected intestine and got my answer.

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. If you are looking for a practice that values and treats patients with respect then stay far away from this place. When I tried to schedule an appt with one of their doctors I had seen in the past I found out that it was going to be over a month out to get an appointment so they scheduled that and then offered for me to see one of his nurse practitioners a little sooner so I went ahead and decided to see her. Upon arrival of my appointment I find out that she had already taken back a patient that was scheduled after me just because she was there early. So I had to wait an extra half hour with my 4 month only baby for my appointment. Fast forward a few weeks later when I called to get some test results I was met with very uncalled for attitude from whoever was the receptionist on the phone and I find out they cancelled the appointment I had to see an actual Dr at their practice because I saw the nurse. So they took it upon their self to cancel an appointment I have waited over a month for and then (with rude attitude) she tells me well it’s up to me if I now I was to schedule a new appointment. Unreal! I am so done with this practice. They are beyond unprofessional and treat their patients like a number. Do yourself a favor and never go to this practice!
