Terrible location!! I came in with a bag full of free people clothes sizes s-L, most of which had tags still on it or had never been worn. Other clothes included Zara, Ralph Lauren, Vinyard Vines, North Face all almost new/ with tags! I brought in 40+ clothing items. The 2 girls working went through my clothes in under 4 minutes. They said I didn’t have brands they liked........ I’m not one to care about what people wear but these girls clearly didn’t have the style or the knowledge of clothes to know what good clothes look like. Hire people who have some kind of knowledge that nice clothes aren’t from walmart/ hot topic... terrible service on top of it all. I don’t recommend coming here- the clothes in store reflect the people working! Best part I drove to the Dulles location to donate the same clothes and got all but one item bought! Much classier people with an actual sense of style worth the drive if you want decent clothes!
Awesome place brought in about 15 items but they only took 4 which i expected... but i expected about $10 and i ended up getting $27!! Definitely going to be bringing more of my stuff here first.
