Your experience here will greatly depend on the server and how you communicate with them. I never expected a perfect dining experience at every restaurant because sometimes there could be a backup in the kitchen or a forgetful waiter. But for the most part this specific IHOP location is usually on point. Waiter was constantly checking up on us which I don't mind because I do like being attended frequently in case I need a refill, since I love water, or in case we forgot to ask for a condiment and so on. I can certainly say that I have had many more pleasurable dining experiences here than at the IHOP on 28 across town.
Food was cold and the hash browns tasted like butter. My husband is diabetic and they didn't have any sugar free syrup even though he asked for it when he ordered. A heads up would've been nice. The staff was friendly.
Our waiter was not very good. Everytime we asked him for something, his attitude was like we were bothering him. It definitely reflected on his tip.nGood service = good tip.nFood was good tho

the staff were super nice and patient with us. we came in with a decently sized party and they served us efficiently and made sure we had everything we needed.
