Loved this bookstore! There was a wide variety of books on a wide variety of subjects. The prices were reasonable, which encouraged us to keep looking deeper into the store! It is well kept, not cluttery or messy. We could move around easily in the aisles. The areas were well labeled so it was easy to browse. Parking is a challenge, but this bookstore is worth a look!
Nice small used book store. Very quaint. Lots of old and rare editions.
Very old school. Love the nooks and crannies and the old book smell. They support local authors and display history everywhere.
I highly recommend Prospero's to anyone who loves books. They are organized well, cover a wide variety of topics/genres, and there's a large selection of vintage and antique books. The atmosphere is unique with antiques covering the tops of overflowing bookshelves, giving it a sense of welcoming.
