Samira Brown refused to cash a Bank of America check. The bank had the funds but just plain refused. They have no problem charging fees on bounced checks to their clients but then refuse to payout Bank of America checks. We received excuse after excuse of why the check could not be cashed first we had to wait 24hrs which we were okay with then goes on to say we have to come back Friday. We ask for her business card to return the next day luckily we asked if she would be there she said no. So she was basically just trying to get rid of us know we’ll she wouldn’t be there the following day. That’s why we will be changing our merchant account to a new provider.

Went in to create and open an account and they tell they don't have time for me today and the I should come back a different day, of all the people working only one person could assist and the others can't help me. Will never be coming back to this location anytime soon bank of America has lost my business

I'm writing my experience with call center of Bank of America. I had provided all my personal information for verification when I connected for a payment and I asked to transfer to customer relation dep. as I need to discuss about the missed statement. After they transferred to me the call the customer relation rep asked the same questions all over for verification and also asked my id number i used to open the bank of america account which was more than the 15 years. I answered all the questions except the last question which I don't remember which ID i used more than 15 years when I opened it. The BoA agent then locked my account out and told me that I need to go to the branch in order of me to unlock my account, which I think that is awful customer service I ever had with any other bank institutions. I'm considering to close out my accounts with BoA completely by moving my funds to other bank.

This is the worse bank. Everytime I come in here I wait 30 mins or more in line. They have 4 people working on the floor and only 1 person working the counter. If u can avoid this Bank Of America please do!!!!!!!!
