Warm Water Travel

In October, 2019, a group of friends were on a dive boat in Egypt, a trip that was arranged by Theresa Moran from Warm Water Travel. The trip included coordinating people from different parts of the country and multiple flights, accommodations and tours on land, in addition to the liveaboard. This review isn’t so much about that trip, which was amazing, but the trip the group decided to take to Belize in 2021. Theresa created a web site just for the trip that I could use for a group of friends to see if they would like to, and before long, I had a group of 12 wanting to join me.nnObviously planned before Covid hit, which is when complications began. One person was due to travel from England, a couple from Florida, two from Georgia and three from Richmond Richmond. The Richmond group included myself and three others and we all asked Theresa to book our airfares as well. Theresa acted as a go between for us and the Belize Aggressor, and had to deal with changes in schedules, plus rapidly changing rules about testing both in Belize and on return to the USA. Several people were concerned about travel and gave up their spots, and after replacements were found, names needed to be changed. She managed to get a credit issued for the person coming from England, changed flights for those who decided not to travel and found me a first class upgrade after I decided not to go early to avoid more time outside of my “bubble” (I was also concerned about travel but I was the group leader - and fortunately fully vaccinated before the trip).nnThe final number who boarded was 18. 12 of my group which included replacements, and 6 others hailing from PA, Nevada and CA. Within a few days, we felt like we had all been best friends for many years and vowed to keep in touch.nnWhatever your travel arrangements might be, I would strongly suggest you contact Theresa. It’s no more expensive and all you have to do is tell her where you want to go, and your budget. She will take care of the rest.
