I called Start Travel to get a price on a cruise and the phone rang and rang and rang. Finally a voice machine answered and I left a message. I waited a day and no call back. So i called again. Got machine again. Waited a while and finally called back and Dana answered. I told her what I was looking for and she said she would email me some pricesand options. I waited another day. No email. So I called. Got the machine. Left a message. I waited a few hours...no email and no call back. I called again. Got the machine and left another message. I still have not received a call or am email. So I have gone with another agency. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
