I just rented a tow dolly from here. The woman Joyce was so sweet and helpful. I have never experienced such great customer service. She helped me find what I needed to get my car back home and was so compassionate and just a delight. If she isn’t a manager or high up at this place, y’all need to promote her ASAP

I'd been coming there for years, so when I got a flat tire, I knew exactly what to do. However, since I couldn't get the spare tire off the lock, I called Modrs to come help. The lady that answered the phone was very sympathetic about my situation, and offered to send people down to see how to get my truck into the shop. A short period of time later, two technicians showed up, and agreed with me, that my tire was toast. And not the good kind with cinnamon, sugar, and warnings from a cardiologist, either. Couldn't inflate it to get it to the shop, and couldn't get the spare tire off either, which made me feel a LOT better about life.nnSo, after they checked it out, they offered to take the tire in, replace it, and bring it back. I should mention I was only half a mile from the station. I agreed to that, and they popped off the tire. I'm taking a star off the rating for not offering to let me play with the ratchet gun, but adding one in for being professional enough to not offer to let me play with the ratchet gun. While they were removing the tire, we also discovered that we agreed on the best place to get tacos, the Taco La Esperanza food truck.nnThey came back a short time later, put the tire back on, they followed me to the shop, and I had a very pleasant conversation with the people there while I paid a lot less than I would at other locations. Unfortunately, even though the technicians told me where to find the taco truck, I was not able to get tacos.nnModrs has been keeping me on the road for over a decade with gas, repairs, inspections, and I hope to continue using their services for a very long time. I know my back muscles would prefer me calling them first...

My wife and I have had a couple times when we needed emergency towing serivces. They were so kind and professional...and quick response time!! We also have our routine maintenance done here. Local family business with incredible customer service and quality work!! I've needed them when they were obviously busy, but they go out of their way to help. We really appreciate having a business like this in West Point.

Great Company. Needed to have my RV towed. Michael the tow truck operator was so friendly and professional. He took great care of my vehicle. Obviously he had years of experience.

My wife and I are new to the area. Our family van broke down. I was at work. They picked my wife up, serviced the vehicle and now my wife is back on the road. They treated my wife awesome and were super nice over the phone! Outstanding service! Thank you!!!
