Staff is helpful, friendly and down to earth. Yes, it's very expensive. I know that going in, but I am always one the hunt for unique boutique-style clothing, and I always find something here. Further, although they're expensive, they are NEVER snobby, which is refreshing. Sometimes I pay up for an item I want, mostly I shop the sales. They have NEVER looked down on me for that. I go every time I'm in town.

Garment was not returned from storage on the date promised, when it was available the monogram was not completed (paid months ahead of time). The monogram was later completed but instead of sewing directly into coat lining it was sewn on a patch inside coat. The patch is located under a sewn-in monogram so it looks bad in comparison. I called and was told taking the patch off would leave holes in the lining.nA second coat in for repair could not be repaired and the refund process has been more complicated than it should be.nUnfortunate experience with a business that is so close to home and I would like to support.

I'm a wedding planner, and had a bride come in and need to book an emergency elopement within a week. We used for Bash Boutique to rent furs for their wedding. DO NOT use these folks for storage. They charge for a full year even if you bring them in later in the year - and that would be okay if they disclosed that when you pay upfront for two years and expect to get 24 months of coverage only to get 15.5 months of storage before they come asking for another 12 months. Read the fine print and get anything they say in writing. Two different sales people and never once did they say 2017 was only covered through Dec. and I was paying for a full year when only storage is for 3 months. Go to Saks. They are upfront and tell you what you're getting instead of the lack of transparency at #alanfurs F'burg.
